Fairy Doors and Dragon Eggs

It’s always great fun to do work for the Northwood Fairy Sanctuary near Stamford Bridge, York ~ if it’s not a giant Troll’s hand, it’s a fairy plaque or a throne, or something equally interesting! This time I was asked to carve ten fairy doors to help the sanctuary on the way to achieving their aim of having 100 doors on the site; these had to be various shapes and sizes, with he larger ones having clues to who the occupants behind the doors may be.

Some months ago I carved three large Dragon’s eggs to sit in a nest on part of the trail, and now apparently a different Dragon has made another nest on the site ~ requiring five smaller eggs this time. These will be painted like the first three before being carefully placed in the nest.
