The outdoor carved seating in the Reception and Nursery gardens has now been completed and as spring is approaching, the children are able to benefit from these wonderful areas. The children have been sitting for stories, exploring the carvings, using them as part of their bug hunting, drawing and creating rubbings of the animals carved on to them and generally taking pleasure in the more natural feel to the space.
We are all really looking forward to the warmer weather when we can really make the most of the hard work put in by Al the woodcarver.
